How does the free trial work?

All accounts start on a 14-day free trial including access to ALL products. The trial begins once you connect one of your data sources.

What is the difference between Simple Reports and Mail Merge Reports?

Simple Reports allow you to schedule your reports and check an SQL condition before execution (Alerting). The same message for all recipients.
Mail Merge Reports allow you to import Parameters from your Database, Tableau View, or a JSON list. You can use those parameters throughout your report to apply filters to your content and decorate messages with names and imported values. A well defined Mail Merge Report can replace hundreds of Simple Reports.

Can I pay annually?

Yes, you can pay annually in advance. We even give you 2 months free if you do so. If you need to upgrade your message volume throughout the billing period, it will be charged pro-rated for the remaining time.

What is an Active User?

A user counts as active if they use the Slack App (/pm commands) or log in to the Web App in a given month. A report recipient is not counted as an Active User unless he also actively uses the app. We will contact if you are well above the limit and offer you to decrease active accounts or pay an extra fee.

What are Whitelabel Emails?

Send your reports coming from your own Email addresses. Replies come straight to you.
